When shipping costs are applied, we work hard to consistently refine our shipping settings and give customers shipping rates that mirror our true shipping costs as closely as possible. We do not view shipping as a profit center!

Product Status & Shipping Times

In stock - In stock items ship same day on all orders placed before 2PM PST

Quick Ship - 'Quick Ship' products are manufactured parts that we generally keep pre-built and on hand. These are products with quick production times of less than 1-2 days. The vast majority of 'Quick Ship' products will ship within 3 business with many will ship same day.

Built to Order - Built to Order products are only built when an order is placed for this item. These orders generally ship within 3-5 business days.

Special Order - Special Order items are generally custom products we are building for your specific project. The lead time on this will vary based on complexity of the project and current engineering demand. With these projects there is clear and constant communication on status and lead time. Generally special order custom jobs are shipped in 5-15 business days. Expedited engineering and shipping is sometimes available upon request.

Shipments from Multiple Warehouses

In an effort to source many of the hard to find "original equipment" quality parts for your boat, we have developed direct to customer shipping arrangements with many OEM manufacturers. This helps keep shipping & stocking costs as low as possible. Some orders may ship from multiple warehouses in order to deliver your products as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Your packing slips will note when an additional shipment is to be expected.


Return Policy

we pride ourselves on our reasonable and customer-centric return policy. We understand that sometimes a product just is not what you were expecting or simply will not work for your application. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it within 14 days of purchase for a no hassle exchange or return. If you need an item return or replace due to a defect or damage during Shipping claims must be filed via email within 2 days of receipt of item, or it will be considered as not received, and please contact us and describe in detail the problem.  




Return Requirements:

Items must be in brand new, mint condition. 

Returned products must be in original packaging with all packaging materials, Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. (Without original package, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed)

Returns are not accepted on any special order items, built to order items, or cut lengths of material.

Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are non refundable.

Return shipping is prepaid by customer unless item arrives incorrect, damaged or otherwise incorrect due to our error.

Returned items must be received by SeaLux Marine within 14 days of receiving notification of your intent to return. (A re-stocking fee of 30% of purchase price will be assessed for return receive beyond 14 days period after authorized of return.)

You must follow the below return process and receive an RMA number in order to receive credit for a return.


Return Process:

1. Please Confirm your item is returnable (special order items, built to order items, or cut to length material is not returnable unless defective or incorrect).

Note: Because of our size and color variety, nearly all of our storage units are built to order and not returnable unless built incorrectly.

2. Please include your original packing slip or purchase order.

3. Please ship the merchandise in it's original packaging from your nearest post office , FedEx or UPS store using the supplied shipping label.

4. You will receive your refund within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Will be delayed if there is no return slip or purchase order attached.



Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund. Furthermore, if any order is refused by the customer, return shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Customers will incur the expense for returning the item. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We do not issue Pre-Paid Shipping Labels to return merchandise that is being send back to us for a refund.

DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT IS REPAIRED - NOT RETURNED!  Due to the nature of these products, on-site repair by the customer and/or taking the item to local service center, might be required.  In most cases, defective/damaged/missing parts will be mailed to the customer to be repaired by the customer on-site by the manufacturer or by us.
